NYSMTB Series Finals Race #4 Riedlbauer’s Round Top Rally

Register

There are two race courses at Riedlbauer’s, one for the First Timer/Beginners (Cat 3), and one for the Pro/Expert/Sport (Cat1/2). The Pro/Expert/Sport course is just over 6 miles long, while the Beginner course is 4 miles long. They start out on the same trail, but there are two shorter bypasses for the Beginners.

There is plenty of parking at Rielbauer’s, as well as flush toilets, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor Bier Garten serving Bratwurst and Beer! Riedlbauer’s requests no coolers, as they earn their revenue from the Bier Garten.

Riedlbauer’s also has rooms with meals included, but they will probably sell out, so book early if you would like to stay. There are plenty of lodging options nearby if they do sell out, some suggestions can be found on the Round Top Mtn. Bike Association’s website at RTMBA.com.

Congratulations series winners!

Congratulations to Ben Williams and Kimberly Milton! This year’s New York State Pro class champions!
Congratulations to all the other class series winners as well.
Also a big thank you to all the racers and supporters of the series!

Thank you!

Some changes have been made to this year’s series.

The 2018 season of the NYSMTB series have seen some changes. Most notably we only have three races this year. That means racers have to compete in all three races to qualify for the State Championships. Racers will also be using the same number plate for the entire series. The categories have been tightened up as well, hopefully resulting in larger fields. The website will be updated soon to reflect these changes. Good luck, see you on the trails!
